What this test is for
The Cholesterol, Iron and B12 Check measures nine markers from one finger prick or venous sample. It covers total, HDL, LDL and non-HDL cholesterol with triglycerides. It adds ferritin, your stored iron, and vitamin B12, which helps make red blood cells. It also includes hs-CRP, a sensitive marker of inflammation.
