Introduce us to a business. Get paid when they sign.

If you know a company that should be looking after its people properly, tell us about them. When they become a client, you get paid: up to £2,500 in cash, or £4,000 in testing if you would rather have that.

Important, and the one thing people get wrong: register the business with us before you introduce us to them. If you make the introduction first, we cannot pay you, even if they sign. It takes two minutes and we come back to you within two working days.

Register a referral

How it works

1. Tell us who they are. Fill in the registration form with the company name and who you would introduce us to. We check whether they qualify, which mostly means they are not already a client and we have not spoken to them in the last twelve months. We will come back to you within two working days.
2. Make the introduction. Once we confirm they qualify, introduce us by email and copy us in. That is it. You do not need to sell anything, explain our pricing, or answer questions about what we do. We will take it from there.
3. Get paid. If they sign within 90 days of us confirming your referral, your reward is on its way. We pay once the contract is signed and their first three monthly invoices have cleared, and then within fourteen days of that.

What you get

The reward is based on the value of their contract in the first twelve months, excluding VAT.

Credit is worth 1.6 times the cash, and you can spend it on blood testing with us. It lasts twelve months from the day we issue it. You choose cash or credit when the reward becomes payable, and the choice is final either way.

There is no limit on how many businesses you introduce. There is a cap of £10,000 in rewards to any one person in a twelve month period, and if you are heading past that, we would rather put a proper introducer agreement in place with you instead.

Who can take part

Anyone aged 18 or over and living in the UK, with two exceptions. You cannot take part if you work for us or live with someone who does, or if you already have a commission or introducer arrangement with us.

You do not need to be a customer. You do not need to work in health. Some of our best introductions come from people who simply know a business well.

If you work for the business you are referring

You can still take part, and plenty of people do. We just need to be straight about it.

Tell us on the registration form, and we will tell the business what you are being paid. It goes in the written proposal we send them. If you would be the only person making the decision to buy, we need a director or another authorised person there to confirm in writing that they know about the reward and are happy with it.

That is not us being difficult. It protects you. Nobody wants a conversation six months later about why you recommended a supplier who was paying you.

The things worth knowing before you start

• Register first. Every time. If you have already mentioned us to them, it is too late for that business.
• You have 90 days. The clock starts when we confirm your referral qualifies, not when you register.
• Payment is not instant. We pay after their first three monthly invoices clear, so budget for a few months rather than a few weeks.
• One reward per business, however many contracts they sign and however many people refer them. First confirmed registration wins.
• The tax is yours. We pay the reward gross and do not deduct anything. It is almost certainly taxable income, so declare it. We cannot give you tax advice.
• If you mention the scheme publicly, on LinkedIn or anywhere else, say that you may be paid for it. That is an advertising rules requirement, not a preference.
• We will never ask for your bank details until your reward is actually payable. If anyone asks earlier, it is not us.

Referring a friend rather than a business

Not yet, but it is coming. This scheme is for introductions to businesses. If you would like to be told when we launch something for individuals, email us and we will let you know.

Questions

What if they say no, or take a year to decide?

No contract, no reward. If they sign shortly after the 90 days are up, tell us. We are not obliged to pay, but we will look at it.

Can I refer more than one business?

Yes, as many as you like, subject to the £10,000 annual cap.

What if someone else refers the same business?

The first registration we confirm as eligible takes it. Which is the other reason to register early.

Do I have to sell anything?

No, and please do not try. Do not quote prices or make promises about what our testing does. Introduce us and step back.

What if I change my mind about cash or credit?

You choose once, at the point the reward becomes payable, and that is final. Credit cannot be swapped back for cash later.
