  Managing Director

  Daniel Snow is the Managing Director of The Livewell Syndicate and CEO of Portfolio Twenty One Group, a Hull-based multi-sector business portfolio. A University of Hull Sport Science graduate, Daniel began his career in education and community coaching — working across schools, colleges, young offender institutions and the special educational needs sector — before co-founding The Livewell Syndicate with CJ Turrian in 2019. His move into health diagnostics wasn't purely academic. Having personally navigated a testosterone deficiency diagnosis, Daniel experienced firsthand how objective health data can reframe the way a person understands, and takes control of, their own performance and wellbeing. That experience now underpins much of how The Livewell Syndicate operates: the belief that people deserve access to clear, clinical information about their own health, without bureaucratic friction or unnecessary delay. At The Livewell Syndicate, Daniel leads the commercial and strategic direction of a service that spans private blood testing, mobile phlebotomy and corporate wellbeing programmes, helping both individuals and organisations move from vague health ambitions to measurable, data-backed outcomes. His particular focus is on challenging how businesses think about employee wellbeing, making the case for systems that are accountable and evidence-led rather than cosmetic. He is known for a direct, no-filler style — more interested in what the data says and what to do about it than in wellness theory.

  Executive Director

  As the Executive Director and CQC Registered Manager, CJ Turrian oversees the clinical governance, operational safety, and direction of The Livewell Syndicate. With a rigorous focus on patient advocacy and regulatory compliance, CJ has embedded a "Just Culture" of transparency across the organisation. Under their leadership, The Livewell Syndicate prioritises accessibility, ethical patient inclusion, and stringent infection control, ensuring that private healthcare in Hull meets the highest possible national standards.
