Boxing Training
It’s important to note that our coaches will never force you to take part in any contact drills. However, if you do want to progress to contact, our coaches will inspect all equipment to ensure they are fit for purpose.
You will complete a warm-up and cool down at the start and end of your sessions to reduce the risk of injury. We also request that new participants provide a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) so we have a good understanding of your current state of health and physical ability.
Personal Training
Designed to help individuals achieve their fitness goals with the guidance of a qualified professional, a personal trainer will assess your fitness level, identify your goals, and create a customised workout plan to help you reach your desired results.
Personal training can benefit people of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner, an athlete, or someone looking to improve your overall health, a personal trainer can help you achieve your goals.
Our personal trainers are qualified professionals with certifications such as NCFE (Northern Council for Further Education) Level 3 Certificate in Personal training, endorsed by CIMSPA (The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity).
These certifications ensure that our trainers have the knowledge and skills to provide safe and effective training programs. Additionally, all our trainers are overseen by our head coach & exercise physiologist, Daniel Snow.
Our head coach is Daniel Snow, an England Boxing qualified coach (level 2) and a BSc (Hons) degree holder in Sport and Exercise Science. Daniel also holds a PGCE and has worked as an active teacher/lecturer in Sport Science.
