Our Returns and Exchanges Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our returns and exchanges policy is designed to provide a straightforward and hassle-free experience.
 
Eligibility for Returns
  • You may return items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, unwashed (where applicable), and in their original packaging with their original seals and all tags attached.
  • Certain items, including personalised or perishable goods, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process

  2. Authorisation: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Packaging: Ensure that your item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Exchanges
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour or model, please follow the same procedure as for a return. Once your original item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange based on availability. This process can take up to 14 days.
  • If the desired replacement is unavailable, we will offer you a refund.
Refunds
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. This process can take up to 14 days.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Any shipping costs originally paid are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
  • Items that have been worn, used or altered
  • Perishable goods
  • Items that do not include the original packaging or documentation
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
 
Defective or Damaged Items
